Divorce Goddess Podcast

May 15, 2020

In this episode, I am joined three wonderful co-authors of the book Mindfulness for Challenging Times:

Shamash Alidina, best selling author of Mindfulness for Dummies and Founder of the Museum of Happiness talks about how the book was conceived.

And two divorcees who like me, studied with Shamash to be mindfulness teachers. We talk about their chapters and about their divorce experiences:  Elspeth Lewis of Pause to Be and Mindful Co-Parenting and Yvonne Cookson of Serenita Wellness talking about Mindful Working From Home, both sharing tips and insights to support you.

I share a little about my own chapter Mindful Ways Through Conflict and tools I believed help me through my own divorce.

This exciting collaboration of 26 mindfulness teachers from all over the world and our book, we hope, is a gift to inspire and support, strengthen and bring hope to lives through uncertain, difficult and fearful times.
